⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 Highly Recommend! I recently took my vehicle to Brandywine Coach Works for some minor bumper damage, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. From the moment I arrived, Kaitlyn and the team was professional, thorough, and transparent. They took the time to fully assess the vehicle to make sure there wasn’t any hidden damage beyond what was visible. The repairs were completed with great care, and my vehicle looks fantastic. While the process took a little longer than originally expected, they kept me informed every step of the way, which I greatly appreciated. Kaitlyn’s communication and customer service was outstanding. What really impressed me was how they went above and beyond. When I needed to extend my rental, they contacted the rental company and handled everything for me, making the process completely stress-free. They also noticed some undercarriage paneling that was hanging down and kindly fixed it without any issue. The entire team was friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was taken care of properly. Hopefully, I won’t need collision repairs again anytime soon, but if I do, Brandywine Coach Works will absolutely be my first call.
