I had to pull my car out after 3 months from the body shop because they did nothing to fix it, the insurance towed the car on first week of June 2024 and pulled out on the last week of September almost October we called a lot of times to contact the service manager or adviser or at the end who ever at least answer the phone, also went several times on person and the service adviser or service manager Joe all time were out the dealer or busy on meetings every single day? We left a lot of messages to know whats the situation with my car or when will be done the damage wasn't too bad to be waiting that long, lack of professionalism, customer service and attention I DO NOT RECOMMEND this shop at all
