Car came back clean and running fine, did have to wait a longer period of time than expected to receive vehicle. Have seen fluid leaking from underneath the car but car hasn’t shown any issues yet.

The customer service wasn’t horrible ther was a couple misunderstandings with the location of where my car was supposed to be returned.

Ricardo sent almost daily updates regarding the status of the car. Each service member I came in contact with was friendly and professional. I only just received my vehicle today but the repairs look great and I have not experienced any issues with functionality to this point. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision!

Many times you don’t know what to expect with the unknown of dealing with car repairs. Not only is it frustrating but unpredictable. From the moment I walked into Caliber Collision, the staff was excellent. Everyone in that office was courteous and helpful which made the process from beginning to end run very smooth. I would gladly recommend them to family and friends.
