Good communication. Service is a lacking. Could be better.

My front passenger door looks a bit offset at the bottom but it still closes.

From drop off with Shaun to the continuous service and communication with Adrian, I’m satisfied. It’s the pick up with the front desk Berenice that disappointed greatly. Kind of a snob. Just in a hurry and unkind. Should reconsider her role.
