My GMC Sierra pick up truck was hit on the passenger’s side causing extensive damage to the rear quarter panel, bumper, tailpipe and alot more. Broccolo Collision assessed the damage, was amazing at working with my insurance company and got to work on the repairs. They updated me via text message every step of the way throughout the entire repair process. Once it was all said and done, Broccolo did an incredible job. They pay attention to every detail taking extra care making sure that the job gets done right. Everyone at Broccolo was super nice, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about their craft. You can tell they really enjoy their careers and in turn take pride in their work. I was extremely impressed with the whole crew, from the owners to general staff. Very kind and polite people and service. Veronica and Mike are hospitable and super helpful. Did an excellent job taking care of my car and the perfect repair work. Mike took time to help reset the electronics technology in my car. He genuinely cares about people and he loves what he does. Excellent business ethics and even took time to talk about his family while helping me. Really can’t say enough good about my experience with Broccolo.

Very thorough and did the repairs right! It took awhile to get it done, but I was glad to have Broccolo insist with insurance company about the work that was needed and that you use Subaru and not aftermarket parts. The car looked great and the communication about what was going on was solid.
