The recommendation of you through Van Bortel and seeing your reviews, I went in very confident that my car would be well taken care of and I was correct. I sat in my car afterwards feeling like I was in a new car again - having it detailed was wonderful!! There is an extremely minor default in the plastic of my new bumper and the fact that you followed through with a phone call to replace the minor defect shows your attention to detail. Thank you for taking such great care of my car!!!

Great Service & Honest Pricing I had a great experience with Broccolo collision. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was wrong with my car without trying to upsell unnecessary repairs. The work was done in a timely manner catered to when I needed my car, and the pricing was fair and transparent. The entire process from the initial estimate to picking up the car was calm. All of my questions and concerns were addressed quickly and thoroughly. All conversations were straightforward and honest. If there was a delay with a part I was informed. No surprises. I was not looking forward to this repair or the steps involved to complete the process. I walked away impressed.
