The body work was good but they wore down my battery which had to be replaced one hour after leaving the shop. They broke a clip in the tailgate when they disconnected the privacy cover, never replaced the clip or the cover and told nobody. The QA was not good. Not a happy customer.

Repairs were nicely done except the driver's door handle is still recessed from the accident. I would have given a higher score, but Brookfield neglected to repair the "unrelated prior damage" that was discussed (and estimate given). They lost out on $1,256 they quoted. I do not understand why they skipped this. Now, I have to find a place that will repair the items and secure another rental car.

The repair work was excellent but I was not adequately informed of timeline for repairs. I had to call multiple times for updates and was told I would get call backs but didn't.

Our vehicle was repaired perfectly! The communication on the progress was spot on! The staff there was very professional and very friendly! After it being a hit and run, not so great, they made it a great experience! Only thing we can say is...THANK YOU....and keep up the great work!
