Very easy to deal with. I was given a date when car would be finish and it was ready when they said it would be. Car was washed and cleaned for pickup. Details like that matter.

The body work was good but they wore down my battery which had to be replaced one hour after leaving the shop. They broke a clip in the tailgate when they disconnected the privacy cover, never replaced the clip or the cover and told nobody. The QA was not good. Not a happy customer.

It took two and a half months to get an appointment and then two and a half weeks to get it fixed and this was the third top shop that was recommended to me. AAA should do better.

They told me the car was complete and just needed to be quality checked, someone would call. No one called so I called only to find out the car was not complete and they were waiting for a part that wouldn't be there to the next day. When the car came back, the cover for the trunk had a clip that was broken, the cover was not reinstalled, the battery was dead, just enough juice to get home. AAA replaced the battery since I am a premier member. The only thing that was nice was the body work.
