Hatchback set in place a little “off” the insert piece it fits into is sticking out on one side, and the hatchback itself looks like it’s not “on” all the way (large gap)so only time will tell if rain is getting in. And the hatchback is missing the handle portion (to pull the hatchback closed) that goes inside of a pill-shaped hole in the metal. So it’s just a totally open hole in the inside of the hatchback. The fabric roof by the point of attachment is filthy, covered in handprints.

I was astonished at how much effort they have put in not only fixing the dent on my car but they even cleaned the interior part of the car. For that I was very pleased. I am hoping to have a good business relationship with them eventually. It’s relieving to find a place where the mechanics actually do their jobs. I am hoping that they can continue to fix whatever problems my car has or can potentially have.

My car came out quicker than expected although we had a storm. Everyone was nice and professional. When I was unable to get hold of them and left voicemail, I get a call back within 24 hours. I do provide a clear communication, what to expect, what is the next step etc

Brookfield Auto explained the problem to me alongside my claim adjuster in a way that I could understand. I felt very comfortable calling them for updates or questions. I never felt like I was bothering any of the staff when I called. The customer service was amazing and it was so convenient that they had a connection with enterprise and Geico. It made the process very seamless and easy. Also, they managed to finish my car much quicker than other body shops had mentioned even with a snowstorm taking a day away. I will never go anywhere else!
