My experience working with you shop was excellent. Not only was the work that needed to be done completed with the highest quality, the service was exemplary. Bernadette, in particular, was a please to work and communicate with. I cannot thank her enough for the level of service she provided me. It is not easy to work with customers who are dealing with major car issues, but Bernadette does it with complete grace. I would happily recommend your shop to anyone.

The work is perfect. It's impossible to find where the damage occurred and the paint color matching is spot on. Brooks is #1 on my list if we ever need them again

It was over a month for an appointment, but between insurance and Brooks, the damage on the car got fixed in just a week. Under promised on the timing (I was told three weeks and sometimes longer) and over delivered. My car was as new as it could be or even better, all clean and polished I even asked if they would do detailing as a bonus for the past clients. The answer was no, but regardless, Thank You Brooks Dublin!
