If you have a Tesla there are very few places that are "authorized repair shops" so being that they have a monopoly in the area they are pretty good.

For those with Tesla's there are few choices for "authorized repair shops". The work that was finally done seems ok but I think it was overpriced.

During the repair process they damaged the top glass of the my Model 3. They took responsibility and repaired/replaced. There was an initial estimate agreed upon by me and insurance. Later an additional supplemental estimate I agreed upon by me and insurance. A third additional supplement was added very late in the repair that I was not informed about and only discovered once I picked up my car. The total cost of repair was exceptionally high in my opinion. The work seems to have been done well and they even had my car detailed which was a nice surprise.
