Patrick went above and beyond to keep us updated on the status of my Model Y (even through the holidays) and to work with us on the insurance claim. He was also incredibly understanding when I couldn't pick up the car on the agreed upon date. He provided exceptional customer service, couldn't recommend him more highly. We're also very pleased with the work.
