Overall, it was a great experience, and Brianna has been a pleasure to work with throughout the process, keeping us well-informed about the status of the car. I also had a conversation with Chris, who was very kind and took the time to thoroughly understand the issue I described regarding the grinding noise and the accelerator pedal vibration. While I would have given a perfect 10, I noticed the issue with the grinding noise and pedal vibration, which means I’ll need to bring the car back in. A more thorough quality inspection before delivery could have made the experience flawless.
