I would have appreciated more advanced notice that the body work on my car was close to completion. Late notice on a Friday meant I had to stay in a rental over the weekend. Otherwise, staff and service were excellent.

Fully transparent, with no miscommunication, timelines, repairs and cost, only thing would make me happier was if my car never got hit, highly recommended if you need your car repaired

Repair completed in a reasonable amount of time and looks great. Also appreciated getting a clean car back. Only suggestion for improvement is a status update. Would have liked to know when repair started, when repair was estimated to be complete, etc. I just got a call one day saying "your car will be ready in a couple hours"
