It was an absolute pleasure working with such dedicated individuals who went above and beyond to ensure a seamless vehicle repair experience. Jesse Q went the extra when I expressed to him the rental extension issues I ran into with Tesla insurance and Enterprise due to delay from Tesla inc delivering the right body parts needed to complete the repair. He took the initiative to open a ticket with Enterprise to make the appropriate changes to make the rental process more seamless. Analysis of repairs needed was not comprehensive. Repairs are still not finished due to unnoticed bearing damage (noise emitted from front left wheel). Test drive should have disclosed that issue.

Overall experience was satisfactory. Areas that need improvement include coordination with insurance company and rental car service. For example, I left the rental with Brooks as instructed when I picked up my vehicle. However, Brooks forgot to contact the rental car company who followed up with me about where the rental was located and when it will be returned. This inconvenience could have been avoided had Brooks promptly contacted the rental car company as promised. Additionally, I had to call Brooks to have them confirm with the insurance company to extend my rental when my vehicle was not ready as originally anticipated.

Jesse did a great job with communication and the mechanics did a superb job putting my vehicle back to its excellence, however, some chairs had some dirty hand prints on the white leather but other than that tip top job. Would recommend them to anyone with a Tesla.
