Excellent Service. My insurer (Plymouth Rock) told me Brothers would provide transportation to/from my home to their ship. Brothers does not provide that service.

Minor issues. Would have liked to know why my truck was delayed beyond what was said. A walk around after completion that showed the work that had been done by the Tech themselves would have been nice. That being said the staff was professional. The pricing was honest. The work quality was top notch. I think Brothers did a very nice job overall.

I chose this shop because it was recommended by my insurance company. Unfortunately, my experience left me very concerned about the way the repair was estimated and handled. The initial estimate was a little over $2,800, with an estimated repair time of approximately 7 business days. The final bill was just under $5,500, and the vehicle was in the shop for 10 business days. The accident itself was very low impact and involved only minor damage. During the repair, the shop replaced a headlight and the bumper cover, which accounted for a significant portion of the additional cost. From what I could see, the headlight had not been struck or damaged in the accident, and the bumper cover did not appear to have a dent, gouge, or other damage that obviously required replacement rather than sanding and repainting. I also had a separate, pre-existing small mark on the rear bumper that I specifically asked about when I brought the vehicle in for the estimate. I was told that if I had the repair done there, they would take care of it at no charge. Based on that conversation, I understood that the damage would be properly repaired. When I picked up the vehicle, however, I discovered that the mark had simply been colored in with what appeared to be a touch-up pen. When I questioned this, I was told that it had been repaired. The difference between the original estimate and final cost, the additional parts, the extended repair time, and the way the unrelated bumper damage was handled have left me very uncomfortable with this experience.
