Repairs look wonderful, service was wonderful. Sarah was a pleasure to deal with when I called to check in. My only complaint was the difference between expected completion date of 10 days changed to 17 days when car was brought in. I understand things change, but that is almost double the time for completion. The additional rental car cost was not something expected based on your initial completition date.

They did a great job with keeping me updated through both text and call communications. I was very pleased with my car, the job was very well done and was very grateful for them going the extra mile with the cleaning of the car. Also appreciate the after care instructions and their concerns on other parts of my car needing replacement. 10/10
