Aside from the waiting time and repair extensions, they were great. But I wouldn’t want a friend waiting that long to get their car back.

They did fantastic work. My drawbacks were that they couldn’t get my car in for 6 weeks from the time we set up an appointment, and it took them an extra week and a half from what they quoted to fix my car. I understand the auto body shops are busy, but we are a busy family and needed my car. Other than that, they were wonderful.
