These folks were very easy to deal with and got on the job quickly and efficiently. When one part was on back order, they were able to make a partial repair so I could continue to drive while awaiting the final part. Between Brown Brothers and my insurance company (Erie), they made a bad experience--the accident-- into a pleasant one.

They did a great job, I did have to wait a bit but from what I understand that was because a part was not being delivered as quickly as it should have been. I also appreciate they did a quick complimentary scrub of my car when I brought it in for the evaluation since it had just been attacked by bird droppings. Thanks!!
