I brought in my Honda for water damage in the car from the downpours that have happened this summer. BB always gave clear explanation of the process and the issues involved and did a great job of repairing the damage (paid by insurance) and fixing the source of the leak (Paid by me). They agave me a ride home when I brought the car in and allowed me to keep the car on site when I was delayed in getting back to town. The staff was always courteous and helpful.
