The mirror was nicely done but the paint touch ups look poor quality. I couldn’t tell because of the rain but when the sun came out the spots were there. Not the end of the world.

Said car repairs finished by 11/29 and when I arrived business closed for holiday without notification to me and resulted in 4 more days of rental car expenses Car looked great but communication was bad

They came recommended. But now I would go elsewhere. Just too much of a hassle. I realize things happen. But this is too long to wait without updates or communication.

The issue has been an ill fitting bumper, which popped out of place. I took it back twice. The second time they said they would order the right one as the one on the car was an "aftermarket" one. It's been months now I believe. I have called and was told different reasons , but the last reason bothered me. "The bumper takes up a whole bay" which means my bumper keeps getting put aside. I have called, and I have texted for updates which have been ignored. Still waiting.

My car looks great and runs really well, Browns was great to work with. The only reason I didn’t give a 10 is because my turn signal isn’t working. Considering the damage that was done, it’s not a big deal for me to fix that though.

This is a great Body Shop. Friendly and competent people you can trust. Tim Ross took care of my 2020 Yuckon and insurance claim from beginning to end and was great to work with. If I called and someone else picked up the phone they were courteous and helpful. Highly recommend this business.
