We are excited to spread our top-quality service to the state of Maryland and the residents of this welcoming area. Doug greeted us cheerfully when my husband and I first arrived, talked us through the process and asked if we had any questions. He was kind in demeanor and the text messages throughout the claim process were informative and timely. We very much appreciated the smooth process! Our van was repaired beautifully. My only point for future consideration would be that the interior dash area had quite a bit of dust- I don’t get body work done a lot and if this is standard due to the vehicle needing to air out in a place that is by nature dusty, than it’s my expectation that needs to be adjusted. Perhaps let the client know, or a quick wipe down before returning to the owner. Not a big deal but just sharing for the future. Overall a very easy experience and would definitely recommend Brunswick Collision Center!
