The repair process was mostly seamless. I requested my working headlights be reused and was happy to say this was done. The only thing of note in this process was the completion time. While I did receive a few text messages conveying this, the text messages became spotty towards last few days. Better communication on this side would be very helpful as I also had to coordinate transportation. It would also be helpful to hear what was holding up the process. In the end, my car has never looked better and it was even washed!

Hi, While I appreciate the effort that went into the repair, I am not satisfied with the final result. The replacement bumper’s shape and color are noticeably different from what they were before the repair. I also noticed that the tire pressure warning light came on immediately after I left the shop. In addition, the vehicle was returned to me very dirty, with white powder residue on both the interior and exterior.
