They have very good reviews for quality of repairs, so I might take a car there, but I think I would have to be very proactive with them on communication.

This went out longer than it should have. I had specifically told them the debris had gone under the car and asked them to check and be sure there was no other damage in addition to replacing the bumper. It appears that they did not do that. When they did a final check of the repair before me releasing it to me, they discovered additional damage. They had to order a part. I appreciate that they didn’t just ignore it, but did not appreciate my company having to pay for additional car rental time while the repair was made. Other than that, the service was good.

Great repair shop. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, from needing to be towed, to a ride back to repair shop and setting up the repair. I was given constant feedback on work and time to completion. I would highly recommend B&S Body Shop Inc.
