Excellent job. Cannot even tell that a repair was done.

Dani was outstanding! Kept is constant communication with me on the progress and worked to find solution in matching the headlight bulbs and the front tires. And then she went above and beyond to help find a way to get my vehicle closer to me since I had no transportation to get from my home Pamlico County to Jacksonville, NC. She coordinated with her regional manager to bring it to the James City location so I could pick it up when I had a ride. This was such a load off my plate and was greatly appreciated! I would give higher than 10 if that was an option. Thank you Dani!

Krissy was extremely helpful with keeping me up to date on my car from start to end. Although we ran into some issues towards the end, it wasn’t anyone’s fault. The staff was also very accommodating. I had to wait in the waiting area for about 2 hours with my daughter and they gave her stuff to drawer on and even put on kids TV for her. Awesome shop, awesome communication, awesome service. My car came out even better than before my accident!

This was my first accident, Thank goodness. I could not have asked for a better body shop. Danni kept me updated all along the way. If i called or texted she answered fast. I will forever be greatfull for the outstanding work and amazing customer service. 100/10
