John Kay (All Purpose Minion), and his team of Xavier (Body Tech), Marshall (Painter), Charneskey (Buffer) demonstrated a ‘Spirit To Serve’ with their ‘Can Do’ attitude, rather than ones, who would just ‘Kick Up’ dust with excuses in finding a solution for this Old DAV Marine Veteran’s 1999 Toyota Solara SE-V6 2dr Coupe’s ~ ‘Hood’… Mind you the car itself is in pristine condition… The Hood had some rock chip paint flaws, that no Auto Body Shop wanted to correct for reasons unknown… Excel Auto Body Inc was recommended by my mechanic…,That’s where the ‘All Purpose Minion’, John Kay came into play with his knowledge, empathy, and professionalism he brought with his attention to detail, all the while explaining the procedure & process step by step his team would take to accomplish all tasks the estimate provided… The above mentioned team actions were in good keeping with the highest standards of Excel Auto Body Inc… Kudos To Ownership For Having John Kay & Team Of Xavier, Marshall & Charneskey Amongst Their Ranks…!!! John Kay (All Purpose Minion), and his Team of Minions ie: Xavier, Marshall, and two others who’s names left my memory with lightning-like speed, due too a Senior Moment… 🤷🏻♂️🤦🏻~ All above demonstrated a ‘Spirit to Serve’ with their ‘Can Do’ attitude rather than ones who would just ‘Kick Up’ dust with excuses in finding a solution for this Old Senior Citizen Disabled American Veteran of the USMC; who’s 1999 Toyota Solara SE-V6 2dr coupe, needed some TLC to its hood original paint (Black) from a few over the road ‘rock chips’ that chipped away at the paint… Now mind you the Car is in show-room condition otherwise… Excel’s Team fulfilled all tasks charged with… John Kay’s Leadership, dedication, knowledge, and professionalism brings great credit upon himself & Team… John Kay & Team actions were in good keeping with the highest traditions of Excel Auto Body Inc of Jacksonville NC…✨💪⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ *Kudos to Ownership for having John Kay, Xavier, and Marshall, along with two others (you know who they are) amongst their ranks…!!!! Second time I brought my car there. John is friendly and very efficient. He let me know step by step what was going on with the repairs. He dealt with insurance people so I didn’t have to. My car is 2015 and it looks brand new both times they repaired it.

Had a great experience with Excel Body Works handling repairs on our 2023 Toyota Sienna Platinum. The quality of the bodywork and paint match was excellent, communication throughout the process was professional, and the vehicle was returned looking incredibly clean and well detailed.
