Communications were very prompt, thorough, and robust with information. I was very satisfied with customer service. Repairs took longer than anticipated however, the constant communication and explanation from caliber was excellent and put me at ease that I was getting a outstanding product in return.

I brought my 4Runner in for a "Rear Bumper/Side Pannels" Replacement that had been completely ripped off & damaged. I was SICK over losing a DECAL that was irreplaceable. Keith went Above & Beyond, put forth the time & effort to save then even Placed on NEW BUMPER! WHO DOES THAT ANYMORE?! Great Customer Service doesn't exist these days. The office Receptionist(can't remember her name)was very kind and friendly. The REPAIR is OUTSTANDING!
