I found it amazing how well they were able to blend the paint. I've had previous repairs done at another body shop and you could tell what was painted when they were done.

Customer service is not one of your values. That said not keeping in touch with Customers , I had to go to the shop multiple times to see what the issues were. I was told that someone would call me never happened !

Caliber Collision was absolutely exceptional. I got constant notifications and phone calls about the status of my car. Charles “Chuck” B. was phenomenal in terms of his expertise and transparency with what was being done as well as the timeline for it. Amanda, at the front desk, was also kind and friendly every time I spoke and encountered her. 100% satisfied with the work done as it was above and beyond my expectations.

Apparently someone decided we were playing bumper cars on the bypass, and unfortunately my beautiful red Mitsubishi was invited without my permission. 😂 Thankfully, there was a witness, her insurance took responsibility, and Caliber Collision took it from there. I cannot say enough good things about how easy they made the entire process. I didn’t have to deal with the insurance adjuster, they handled my rental, kept everything moving, and took what could have been an incredibly stressful situation and made it almost effortless for me. Every single person I dealt with was kind, welcoming, helpful, and professional. I never felt like I had to chase anyone down or figure out what I was supposed to do next. They handled it. And most importantly, MY CAR LOOKS FANTASTIC. ❤️🚗 You would never know she had an unfortunate encounter with a bypass bumper-car enthusiast. Thank you to everyone at Caliber for taking such great care of me and my car. I absolutely recommend them!
