Rico is great to work with. He's very professional. Rico went through the details of what will be fixed and what have been fixed. I am glad I have chosen B & S Hacienda Auto Body in Pleasanton to provide the service for me. I will prefer my friends and family to come here for any auto body related issues. B AND S HACIENDA HAS BEEN THE VERY BEST IN THERE CRAFTMANSHIP AND ORGANIZATIONS. I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THEM FOR 25 PLUS YEARS AND MY FATHER BEFORE THAT. AND MY FATHER PASSED AWAY 15 YEARS AGO. THIS TRANSACTION HAS PROVEN AGAIN OF MY DECISION TO CONTINUE TO WORK WITH THIS BODY SHOP. THAT IS WHY I DROVE 200 MILES ONE WAY TO HAVE ONLY THEN WORK ON MY VEHICLES. ITS WORTH THE INCONVENIENT OF DRVING 400 MILES ROUND TRIP TO HAVE THIS SHOP DO THE JOB. I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY SATISFIED WITH THERE WORKMENSHIP AND STAFF. EXCELLENT SHOP TO WORK WITH AND TRUSTWORTHY. I ALWAYS RECCOMMEND TO ALL MY FRIENDS.
