Mercedes Pleasanton dealer told me to reach out to Robby the Manager. He was great and coordinated my car to to get towed at the SR location. All people I was in contact with were extremely polite and informative. I never had to guess what the delay was. Did take a while to get parts in due to overseas shipment, but that was no ones fault. Great job on repairing vehicle. This is the third time I have gone to B&S. Great job.
