Even though communication wasn’t great in the beginning, they more than made up for it. Communication and updates improved and my car was ready a week prior to the expected date. You can’t even tell my car had been in an accident or painted.

Buckeye collision did an amazing job on my car. I didn’t have severe body damage but you still can’t even tell it was in an accident or painted. The only thing I don’t like is they had to replace my front right tire with a brand new one, and my front left tire is used so my car shakes a little bit. Both tires in the front should have been replaced especially since an alignment was done.

Communication was slow in the beginning as I had to call to make sure my car even made it there since it was towed there after hours. Other than that, they were very nice and helpful whenever I called.

They had to replace the front driver side door and fix the rear door because someone back into them. The vehicle is a 2015. They did a great job getting the paint to match as close as possible.
