I backed into a tree a dented my rear bumper. Bucktown Auto Body answered their phone when I initially called (not all shops do), were polite and friendly with every interaction and with all my questions, has an attractive and clean shop and waiting room, offered the most competitive price among several proposals sought, did flawless work, completed it two days early, kept me highly informed every step of the way (2 days), and cleaned my car before I picked it up! I had never heard of them before my accident and am rarely this enthusiastic about any company, but there is no question I will call them again if I ever need body work. I highly recommend them.

This experience was a great one. I’ve been in a bad situation with a body shop before but Bucktown Auto Body has really earned my trust and I will only allow them to touch my vehicle from now on. Jailene was very professional and informative. She kept me updated on my vehicle and was always happy to answer any questions I have. Rachel was so warm and caring. She explained the entire repair process to me and told me what to expect prior to repairs. Thank you Bucktown for being so awesome!!!

Work was done in two days! Paint job looks AMAZING and Rachel and Jailene were so helpful and informative. I was confident they would do a great job from the moment I walked in and I was right. Will definitely be recommending Bucktown Auto Body to all of my friends and family. If you are looking for a great place to get your car fixed, take it to Bucktown Auto Body!

Still need to bring my car back to fix so would recommend but make sure you check everything. It would have been nice to physically review my car repairs with someone when I picked up. Instead was told my car was out front

Rear camera is angled wrong and didn’t touch up scratch on drivers rear view mirror. Also received notification that my car was ready on Friday but in reality it wasn’t ready until the following Tuesday.

The team was transparent with cost, communicative with updates, and very professional through the entire experience. I would say a special shoutout to Rachel for how she handled herself with a disrespectful insurance estimator. We appreciated everything she did to ensure we were taken care of while also holding the insurance company accountable.

if the car had been returned without the new stains (front seat, paint on back seat) I would give the process a 10/10.

happy in general with the repair and grateful you could keep my car for an extra week while I was away. disappointed that my front seat was dirty and needs cleaned, and that there is 'composite' (?) on the new black door frame piece and in two stains on my back seat. an offer to order a replacement part and to clean the front and rear seats was made, which I'll take up, but disappointed that you had my car for so long and I had to be the ones to find the imperfections.
