Gotta say, the workmanship on my repairs are excellent! Front end looks amazing. Definitely good quality work! Only thing I’d say that they need to improve would be just making sure the vehicle is COMPLETELY buttoned up, even from underneath. I took a step back from my car and noticed one of the plastic things to protect underneath hadn’t been attached.

Owners were very nice and willing to bring my car in again 2 more times to fix it. However, I would have rather left the damage to my car after the accident than be left with what I have right now. The entire back passanger side of my car is covered in orange peel texture and dirt/dust pieces of some kind trapped underneath in multiple areas. I brought my car in twice. The first time after the accident, I was left with embarrassingly mismatched paint and orange peel texture. I asked to have the color and orange peel fixed, they said no problem and even provided a rental on their dime, however when I got my car back the second time, it seemed as though the orange peel was worse than when I got it back the first time and now had dirt/dust trapped somehow. I may not know a whole lot about body work, paint, and etc., however I do know what my vehicle looked like before they touched it. They offered to bring it back in to fix it again, but I don't know that I feel comfortable having them work on it anymore and potentially making it worse. My opinion is that while they do the work, and it looks "fixed", they half-assed the fix, and left me with a bigger fix to deal with elsewhere. I come into a body shop expecting my car to look exactly as it did before someone hit me, and I was very let down because the reviews were so high, and this place was recommended to me by a close friend. Luckily I am dealing with an insurance company that is taking this seriously and doing what they can to work with me on getting it all fixed elsewhere.
