Julie was great from the start. Very helpful and honest from the start. My car was hit and there was extensive cosmetic damage. It was my first accident and I had no idea how the process worked. Julie helped me every step of the way: she accommodated my schedule; she worked with my insurance company; she got the work done earlier than quoted; she even remembered it was my kids birthday and wished her a happy birthday. I feel so glad that I chose Burien Auto Rebuild over a larger company—I felt seen and am so glad to support a local company. Plus—the car looks amazing. Not only does it look better than new on the outside, they detailed the inside so it’s the cleanest it’s been since we bought it. I sure hope I never need to get body work done again. If I do, though, I’m going to Burien Auto Rebuild.

Julie is the main person I interacted with. She is great. Explained everything clearly & was patient with any question, some I’m sure she has been asked many times. Never made me feel like I was just one of many customers. I don’t know a lot about fixing cars but it looks like nothing ever happened to it. Sending thank you’s to the folks that worked on it. Also thank you for washing it. My car has taken me to many places, thank you for making it happy again!
