My light socket for license plate lamps was broke, won't stay in housing.

I asked if it could be completed in one day and was told yes. Did not get a call advising Me of the reason why it was taking longer. Had to make several calls on day 2 to find out they sent it to be painted and them is it was not complete until closing time on day 2.

I had a really bad experience with u guys first the estamaitor told me it would take 2 weeks and when I called her back she never got back with me it en up being 3 weeks and I send my wife to pick it up the lady in the counter was really rood and after the took to long the messed up my head lights the install the wrong ones I have to take it back in a couple of days to exchange them my new front pumper is all dirty u guys don't have professional people working there

I was told my vehicle will be done on Friday but it wasn't so I told them it's no problem I just need it need it by Tuesday so they said Monday morning I could pick it up. Monday morning came and I called to check to see if it was done and they said by the afternoon it should be done so I said ok as long as it's done by Tuesday they said it will be done in the afternoon, so I called again in the afternoon and they said it won't be done till Tuesday morning so I said ok as long as it's done that day and ready for pick up because I have to be in midland that day , they said it will. Tuesday morning came and they said it will be done by the afternoon and I can go pick it up. I went to go pick it up at 5pm because they said it was done but it wasn't they kept saying they were vacuuming the truck and then come tell me that they are missing a part for my tailgate so it's not finished. If they were honest about everything I wouldn't mind I could've asked for extra days off instead of going by what they said so I'm finally got my truck Wednesday morning after a week and 4 days.
