The updates were greatly appreciated. At the start I didn't think it would be a big deal, but they turned out to be really helpful. Plus, everyone I cam in contact with was super nice and did an awesome job explaining thinks to me in non technical ways.

Burnside did an amazing job with the repairs to my Kia. They sent updates throughout the process and o never felt like “I wish I knew something”. They kept me up to date the entire time. The work completes was a bit involved. Would be a lot to explain, but they are professionals, without a doubt. Extremely pleased.

I took my new ram Cummins to burnside for paintless dent repair with a dent on the side of the bed. They got it in quick and I got it back the same day. You can’t tell there was ever a dent in it. Great communication and friendly staff. Will use again.
