Im kinda not happy when my car was done my catilac converter was cut and it wasnt like that when i had it picked up and brought there the body work was amazing but i want my car sounding like it did when i had it picked up

I was not familiar with Burnside going into this repair. I thought that true customer service was a lost art. Cherokee and Brandi coordinated everything for our repairs seamlessly. From the estimate/cost to the time for repairs … everything was outstanding! Their email updates at the beginning and end of the week keep the customer informed so they are not left wondering. Even after pick-up from repairs, they reached out to ensure that everything had been done to return our car to it’s original condition. I would definitely recommend Burnside to others and cannot thank them enough for their professionalism.

Brandi was so nice and very professional. I was kept informed of the process on my vehicle every step of the way. Burnside was fast and efficient and the repairs look great. They even cleaned the inside and outside. Honestly, my car hadn't looked that good since the day I bought it. Very nice.
