I appreciate the outstanding customer service. Rita was great by calling to ensure I knew the location of the facility as it was my first time working with Burnside. I'm glad the rental car was there when I arrived. I appreciate Dave explaining to me what to expect. I also appreciate Dave insisting I ask my question when I was hesitant. I was happy Burnside could also fix my back up camera during the same time. I'm just really satisfied with the overall customer service I received and will recommend to others. Thank you.

Everybody has an accident sometimes. Even the shop owner's 17 year old kid. Or especially the 17 year old kid. I would highly recommend bringing your car to Express this summer so said 17 year old can work off his repairs and do a great job detailing your car.
