Burn did a great job on my repair, the only issue was they pushed back my finish date twice which was a big inconvenience.

The burnside team was easy to work with. More updates would have been good. I had to call for an update because I had not heard anything for days. Adding ETA projection would be great. Then you could adjust it if anything changes.

I was pleasantly surprised that my vehicle was repaired in a relatively short amount of time! The staff was professional, personable, helpful and even though it wasn't a good thing that my vehicle was damaged, it is good to know that they are a trusted and reliable shop!

The speed in which I was able to get the repairs going after filing a claim with my insurance, getting a rental car, and ultimately the repair itself. Unfortunate that I had accidents before, but fortunate that it was Burnside then and now!
