It just took longer than we were prepared for. Took quite a bit of juggling to manage when the repair took longer than originally indicated. Nature of auto body repairs, we suppose.

Eric and his team did an amazing job fixing the body damage on our 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee after an unfortunate garage mishap. From estimate to pickup we were kept informed of the progress as it from drop off to pickup.

Al was great to deal with. He kept me informed on the status of my Ford Explorer’s progress giving me details and time estimates. He apologized for things that he was not able to control like the shortage of specific parts. Making an appointment to have my SUV repaired and picked up were easy. He also offered to guide through the retail car process with Erie which I did not end up needing. I would highly recommend Al to any of my friends who need their cars serviced or repaired because of Al.
