They were communicative and made me feel they were taking great care of my car. It was an insurance claim. The car came back in even better shape than I left it. The thugs broke a window which I did a great job cleaning and they finished it off! Great job!!! The shop owner let me know to call him with any questions and work was completed more quickly than I expected. Thanks crew!!!

The location is difficult to get into and out of.

My car was rear ended, and they repaired the damages that were visible very well. The next morning when I got in my car, the low tire air light came on for my rear back tires. It would have been nice if they had checked the air pressure before they cleared my car to go.
