I am concerned about how my experience went, and withhold judgment on recommending the shop until I see how they deal with the mistakes in the initial repair. We’ve been frustrated with getting stuck and with having to go back in for subsequent corrections.

Results were mixed. Service was friendly, and the repairs at first looked good, but the repaired door was mismatched, and an electrical problem resulting from the repair stranded us in Cape May just a few days after we picked up the van.

Friendly service. The repair took more than a week, but not terribly long. The overall problem wasn’t customer service, it was the quality of the repair which left us in a lurch and will require follow up.
