Dear Burnt Mills Auto Body staff. Our recent experience with having our CR-V (front-end collision) fixed at your shop was extremely GOOD! Staff were great, polite, and answered all our questions. The only constructive criticism I have is that within a couple of days of bringing our vehicle in for repair, we got an email from you (we assumed it was an automated email) indicating that your were nearing completion of the work and that you would let us know if there are any delays. We didn't hear anything more for well over a week. We decided not to call and bug you as we knew that completion of repairs could be affected by parts delays, etc. But the quick email followed by well over a week without any further notice left us to wonder what the delay was. That said, we wouldn't take our vehicles to any other shop but yours! Nice work on the vehicle. Thanks and best regards, Dave and Liz Wallenberg
