The customer service representatives were very helpful very knowledgeable and super sweet however I didn’t like the fact that whoever did my car unplugged my cameras because now my cameras are messed up in my car and I’m quite sure you all will not pay for it so I didn’t even bother to tell y’all that they are messed up, but I did let it be known that they were still unplugged and my cameras have not worked right since. And whoever claimed my car left a white film on every one of my doors. And before you ask, no, I did not take my car back. I don’t have that type of time to take my car back for them to do it wrong wrong again. And also the communication between the customer and the advisor of whoever could be a little better I had to keep calling you all to find out when my car was gonna be done.

They did an AMAZING job with my repair! She looks as good as new! Very happy with their care and compassion and the way they communicated with me. I had a tiny problem with my window but they fixed it literally within an hour of me dropping off. Got it fixed ASAP and overall just happy with my experience. Would 10/10 recommend and go again!
