Car was returned with ac not working, driver-side windown makes a clicking noise when rolling up/down, music causes a rattling noise in driver-side door

Paint looks amazing, driver side door has a slight rattle with music being played and a clicking noise when rolling down the windows, and passenger side door window does not roll up on its own after being opened and closed. All issues were not present before the car was delivered to the collision center

I love the repair they did to the car, they did amazing. Since my car been in the shop Now my trunk leaks a little when it rains I spot some leakage. Now this morning my car would not start at all this problem didn’t start until after I picked my car up from the shop it’s been a week since my car left the shop it shouldn’t be doing this.
