The Butler Toyota Collision staff went out of their way to ease my concerns and answer my many questions following the very unfortunate collision caused by a young speeder last week. I failed to get all their names, but among your exemplary staff were Tess, Lisa, and Brandi. There were others. My sincere apologies to both Donnie Williams and Scott Deason for "venting" my anxiety as I learned the person was not insured, resulting in a deductible I was not expecting. They were both very professional in addressing the realities. Given my late Father, Jimmy Smith, sold his Toyota franchise decades ago to the Butlers, the Toyota Family and Team will always be very dear to my heart! My car isn't completely fixed. There is still a scratch on my rear view mirror. Not to mention my trunk release button no longer works. Everyone was nice and the customer service was great but car isn't completely fixed and I have a new problem with opening my trunk from the inside.

Even when a problem arose they handled it very professionally. I would highly recommend Butler Collision, if the need should arise you would be my only choice for auto repair.
