We had dealt with the Butler Collision across town last year....night and day experience. Tess and the girl at the front desk (I can't remember her name) were wonderful!!! Whole experience was seamless and easy. I love the fact that my car was squeaky clean when I picked it up. Really nice part of the service. When we got our car back from Butler on Eisenhower last year, it was filthy and there was paint residue on all of the windows.
