Special thanks to " Estimator " Ms Megan Pippin who towed my " deer struck " 2018 RAV 4 XLE from Butler Toyota ( Northside Macon, GA) on Aug 11th (13 days earlier than my projected Aug 24th repair date ). " Estimator " Ms Megan Pippin released back, to me, my fully repaired vehicle on Aug 31rst ( 19 days earlier than my ' estimated ' " release " date of Sept 19th ). "Estimator" Ms Megan Pippin provided "cheerful drop off" service for my Butler Toyota rental. Ms Megan Pippin provided an extensive and easy to comprehend repair bill "summary" ( --- ' no deductible ' and 100 % State Farm vehicle insurance " covered" ). When a deer struck my 2018 RAV 4 XLE, my SUV was down for the count, but "Estimator" Ms Megan Pippin figured out a way for me to get back on the road --- beyond ALL of my expectations !! Drop off date = Aug 11............. " Release " date. --- back to the customer ( Dion Daugherty ) = Aug 31 ( which is 19 days earlier than my previously " projected " 'release' date of Sept 19 ). My vehicle sustained just shy of $ 10,000 " deer strike " damage ----- those multiple areas of damage now fully repaired !!!! ------- and now fully functional --------- & now a beautiful 2018, and smooth running ------ 2018 Toyota RAV 4 !!!!
