Kayla was real nice with a great personality when you call she’s pleasant and handle your problem to the best of her knowledge and if she don’t know she will ask someone and call you back but that Allison has a real nasty attitude with me on the phone when I ask her a question concerning my car and got real loud when I ask to speak with her manager She said you sure can talk with him all loud and smart But her manager he was real nice and resolved my problem but that Allison can never help me again and the guys did a great job on my car I appreciate a job well done

The whole office sttafff were great and answered all my questions and even though I never got to talk to the person who did my repairs I wanted to thank him or her for the great work. Your office on Eisenhower was recommended to me by 2 previous customers who said go there ! All in all every thing was great and I will tell anyone needing repairs go to your shop on Eisenhower. Paint was good they left trash in my new truck didn’t fix my emblems didn’t fix my center cap ordered the wrong color emblem said they couldn’t find any of it I called one store they found it all in 10 min lazy is all I can say oh also they wanted to keep my truck an extra day to buff wax and detail none of that happened either I called and complained the manager act like he didn’t even really care anyways I wouldn’t take my bicycle there to get fixed

Used panel replaced on car door appears to have come out of a junkyard and handles do not match remaining doors in the vehicle.I don't believe the employees at this business would have replaced their vehicle with these parts. Paint job on outside looks good.
