A minor QC detail that I thought, also having previous adjuster experience, was a nice customer service touch was when my vehicle was detailed previously. While the interior wasn't affected by the accident itself in either claim, it impressed me as a customer as this was also something we used to expect in the preferred shop program I was a part of. So I was a bit disappointed when it was omitted this time. The quality of the work and the people was exceptional as always though and I would trust no one else with my Camry.

The customer service is typically on point but with the omission of the interior detail and the oddity in my bumper I'm going to get reviewed, I would previously have given a 10 but am now a bit early of the future.

The repair on the damage from this claim was excellent as I expected from the last repair. However it almost seems there was a flaw in the refinishing of the bumper that cause the previous repair to bleed through.

The repair is perfect. As a matter of fact it looks better than when I purchased it. The problem I have is there are ants everywhere in my car. Prior to taking my car to butler I cant recall where I saw the first ant. IT is extremely annoying dealing with this issue
