Slow repair service, unfriendly GM. My car was sitting for a month and a half at this lot and they didn't bother to check the fluids before they sent it on the road. Luckily my engine didn't burn up with my coolant being totally dry.

The woman in the office, Amanda was perfect. The GM however was very rude and left me feeling like I was silly for coming back after my car had issues immediately after driving it off the lot.

My car was at Butler Collision for over 5 weeks and had to be taken to Milton Martin Toyota as soon as I picked it up. The repairs were not made and there was scratches and trash in the paint on the brand new front bumper that Butler put on. The bumper was not secured properly, the car has mechanical problems that were not properly addressed, my radiator and A/C condenser were not properly secured. The staff is incompetent.
